Breathe Easy Fife support anyone living with a lung condition as well as their family/carers. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary of being in Fife this year and now have a new group in the Glenrothes area.
At meeting they have information, speakers, exercise, and time to chat over a cuppa. The meetings are free - they don't even charge for the tea.
