The Free Vietnam Alliance calls on all Vietnamese to promote, pressure and strive to effect basic changes for democratic development in the country. The foremost requirement is that the leadership of the Communist Party must have the courage to see that it is bankrupting the country, accept responsibility, and be willing to work with the people to solve the crisis.
