    About the Role

    The organisation is looking for a motivated and organised person to join its customer accounts team, which is responsible for the maximisation of income for the Kingdom Group, providing tenants with advice on welfare reform. and assisting tenants to sustain their tenancies.

    You will:

    • manage a team of officers who work to reduce arrears and provide excellent service to customers
    • ensure all cases are actioned in line with procedures
    • be responsible for complex cases and legal actions
    • assist with reporting and rent calculations
    • work closely with other departments and external agencies to build relationships and deliver strategic objectives.
    • keep up to date with current legislation and provide accurate and relevant advice to both internal and external customers.

    About You

    You will have experience working in a busy office environment, have relevant administrative experience, be a confident communicator, and be proficient in multiple digital systems. You should be educated to CIH Level 4 in Housing Practice or equivalent. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands, and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
