OnFife has a rare opportunity for an experienced Cook to join its Catering Team. You will be responsible for ordering, controlling and preparing food items for its Café offering at Rothes Halls which will include using seasonal and fresh ingredients from our suppliers.
The organisation provides an efficient service in the busy café environment, you will maintain this level of service while following company values, policies and procedures. You’ll implement and maintain statutory and company standards of hygiene, food safety and health and safety.
OnFife is looking for a creative and innovative individual who is a real ‘foodie’. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about providing fresh food and great service. The team want you to have a passion for driving sales through seeking feedback from customers and implementing new initiatives following ‘high street’ food trends.
It is looking for someone with previous experience working in a kitchen environment who is naturally outgoing and has an energy to train and inspire others.
