The Campaign to Send
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
To Vietnam

Despite the fact that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a signatory to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international covenants on citizen's rights, the Hanoi government has never disclosed such documents to the Vietnamese population and consistently violates their rights.

To inform Vietnamese inside Vietnam of their rights, and to challenge the Vietnamese Communist Party's and its government's integrity as signatory to these international standards of humanity, the Free Vietnam Alliance is proud to join the Coordinating Committee of Free Vietnamese in the campaign to send copies of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to Vietnam.

We earnestly call on all international friends of the Vietnamese people to join us in this effort. And as the Vietnamese Communist Party and government tries to stop this stream of information, they shall clearly show the world the worthiness of its government's signature and its standards of morality.

Please contact offices of the Free Vietnam Alliance for copies of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Vietnamese and other information on this campaign.
